Note: These Competition Terms and Conditions (the “Rules”) apply to the ‘Win an iPad Air 2 competition’ (“the Competition”) organised by ThinkBusiness, 3rd Floor, Bank of Ireland Head Office, 40 Mespil Road, Dublin 4. The duration of the competition is the 27th May – 9th June 2016.

1. In these rules “ThinkBusiness” shall include The Governor and Company of the Bank of Ireland (“Bank of Ireland”) having its Head and Registered Office at 40 Mespil Road, Dublin 4, Ireland and its subsidiary or associated companies

2. Entrants must submit a completed Competition entry form.

3. The winner will be notified by phone or email within 30 days of the Competition closing date. If we fail to make contact with the winner the prize will be awarded to the first runner up who will then become the winner.

4. Responsibility will not be accepted for entries which are not completed. Entries which are incomplete, altered, illegible or not in accordance with these Rules may be disqualified.

5. The judging panel for the competition will include the Editor of ThinkBusiness and two other persons selected by the Editor in his absolute discretion.

6. No competition entrant, whether or not he/she is eligible to win a prize, may attend the adjudication process.

7. All correctly answered entries will be placed together and the prize iPad Air 2 will be awarded to the qualified entry drawn on the basis of the tie-breaker judged to be the best.

8. The decision of the judges will be final and binding on all entrants.

9. Correspondence will be entered into only at the absolute discretion of ThinkBusiness.

10. All entries will automatically become the property of ThinkBusiness.

11. All entrants automatically consent to ThinkBusiness using their personal details to run the Competition (this does not limit any other consent the entrant has given or may give Bank of Ireland in future). All entrants agree to the use of their names and addresses and/or photographs for publicity purposes. Entrants also agree that their names and addresses may be disclosed by Bank of Ireland to its agents for the purpose of administering the Competition and/or distributing the prize.

12. Employees of ThinkBusiness, Bank of Ireland, its associated companies, advertising and marketing consultants, agents and anyone connected with the competition and their families are not eligible to enter the Competition.

13. ThinkBusiness reserves the right to vary and (or) substitute the prize with a prize of similar or of greater value.

14. The prize is non-transferable.

15. All entry conditions and instructions are deemed to form part of these Rules.

16. ThinkBusiness accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever in relation to any matter arising out of the Competition or the enjoyment of the prize.

17. The Competition is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland aged over 18 on the date of entry to the Competition. The winner shall, if requested by the Bank, provide satisfactory proof of address / age before being awarded the prize.

18. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

19. The supplier of the prize is Bank of Ireland.
